I mainly prefer to use my Canon EOS 2000D camera and bring it out with me on-the-go in case there's something interesting for me to capture. when it comes to taking photographs of landscapes, I love incorporating people into it just because it eliminates the loneliness that a photograph without people might have. The scenery also acts as a backstory of people's lives.
I took these photographs at Hampton in London. The architectural design of the houses stood out a lot to me because they reminded me of American architecture, especially the front porch of the houses which reminded me of the movie I watched again a few days before taking these photos called Interstellar.
I took the photo on the left of the woman and the dog at Hampton and I took the photo of the family on the right at Crockford Bridge Farm. I like how in both pictures, the people featured are small in comparison to their surroundings but are also composed in a way that there is a good balance between both elements.
Photo taken by me of the London Eye, London
Series of photos taken by me at Morden Hall Park (first two) and Kew Gardens (second two) in London
Photo taken by me at Maidenhead
I took this last photo a couple of years ago when I went on a language immersion trip to La RĂ©union, one of the French islands in 2017. I love how the houses toppled on top of each other, creating a layered and busy look. When the pandemic ends, I hope to take more pictures of houses like that around Europe.
